In Studio classes are located at the studio above Xpeditions Coffee Company.  1319 Main Street Bloomer, WI, unless otherwise specified. 

What to expect in a class:

 

  • We practice barefoot.  It's OK to wear socks while warming up.
  • I have mats and props for you to use.  You can definitely bring your own mat if you prefer. 
  • We will have FUN! Sometimes we laugh, sometimes we think deeply. We are always learning and usually have some fun in the process. 
  • People typically arrive 5-10 min early to get in a little more relaxing time. Please do not ever feel worried about coming in late. You are always welcome. Just quietly sneak in and join us. All is good.
  • All classes are modified to fit you. We will do modifications all along the way, so don’t feel intimidated. My specialty is helping people feel comfortable and helping you learn about your body. 
  • Do not worry about what others are doing. The goal is to listen to your body and do what feels right to you. We are all different, and that is a beautiful thing. Everyone is focused on their own thing, so no one is even noticing you. 
  • You do not need to be flexible, strong, perfect, etc to do yoga. You come to yoga to love and nourish yourself. Come as you are. You are awesome! Yoga will help you connect to yourself and love yourself unconditionally.
